Total scam of a resort! Stay away, especially if you’re foreign. They charged my credit card without consent. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION OVER THE INTERNET! They stole 150 euro from my bank account after I accidentally booked a stay, then realized they were hundreds of miles away, then immediately canceled the room. After getting an email saying I wouldn’t be charged, they charged me. Ridiculously fraudulent charge that I’ll be disputing with Visa as soon as I get back to the US.
Wonderful views. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms in a scandi style. Would not take much to turn this into a high end Spa retreat. It does seem to be seeking an identity. Staff on front desk pretty poor but easily overlooked by views and access to trails.
The views and food and spa were all amazing. We had four nights and I would have happily stayed longer. The rooms were spacious, they were great with our dog, the hiking in the area is great - what’s not to love??

When we found out that they were closing on December 10, we decided to go since we had a voucher. We called on November 24th to make a reservation, after at least 15 attempts to get them to pick up the phone, they gave us a reservation on December 1st. We got there and after half an hour of ringing a man (very nice) arrived and told us that there was no one there, that they had closed on the 30th. That we would have to wait for them to give us a refund. A real SHAME. If you have a reservation, know that it is already closed, don't even bother going.

Wonderful place to disconnect, incredible views, quiet place and unbeatable staff attention. We went with the dog and my surprise was that they gave us a bed for him, with a bag of treats and poop bags. Also bowls for food and water. I hope …
